Indonesia’s CT Strategy. The serious threat posed by the Islamic State in Indonesia has prompted the country to revamp its counter-terrorism strategy and structure. It has established the Joint Special Operations Command and launched several successful CT operations. MARSOC’s Blackjack Drone. The Raiders of the Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command have deployed with a new drone.
